With international breaks consistently disrupting the preparations of most of Europe’s elite clubs, Zinedine Zidane welcomed being able to train with almost a full squad on Wednesday.
Real Madrid completed their third session of the week in the afternoon as plans were put into motion ahead of Saturday’s clash with Levante.
This was however the most important training session of the week thus far with a significant number of Los Blancos’ internationals returning from their respective commitments.
Dani Carvajal, Nacho Fernandez, Marco Asensio and Lucas Vazquez all took part whilst Cristiano Ronaldo, Isco, Toni Kroos and Marcos Llorente worked on fitness drills.
Casemiro and Keylor Navas are two of the more high profile absentees with the pair still travelling.
Wednesday’s session was fairly light with numerous ball drills taking priority.
