Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente has become one of the most sought after youngsters after a strong season out on loan and the club have been inundated by enquiries about him with up to 20 wanting a loan or sale.
“That is considering that we have not replied to a single question in the past two weeks,” said a Real insider over the 20 enquiries.
Sevilla, Valencia, Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are among the sides that are interested in Llorente afer he stood out at Alaves last season and he is expected to become a world class player sooner rather than later.
Real did consider the possibility of loaning him out again at the start of the transfer window to allow him to get more experience with a top side after competing well at Alaves who were battling for survival.
There were doubts whether it would be best for him though to play more minutes at a higher level and it was Zinedine Zidane who stepped in to say that he would himself help him to continue developing and give him minutes along with other youngsters in the squad.
Zidane wants to take it slowly with Llorente and gradually incorporate him without putting pressure on him and so for that reason he will play Casemiro in the centre but Llorente’s time will surely come at the Bernabeu.
